Tasha turned her own experience navigating her daughter’s autism diagnosis into a passion for helping families with behavioral health and educational support.

Trudy Billy coordinates staffing for events and activities in central and northern Arizona. She also works with the 22 federally recognized tribes to familiarize them with RSK services, including family support services and workshops.

Viviana Sexton’s journey with RSK began when her oldest son, Asher, was diagnosed with autism at 2 1/2. This pivotal moment led her to seek support from Raising Special Kids where she found the hope and assistance she needed to begin her family’s path forward.

Anna retires in March 2024 after more than 13 years with the organization and she will be missed by all!

When Brooke was transitioning from the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) to developmental preschool, Brittany attended an IEP workshop hosted by RSK. The knowledge Brittany gained inspired her to join Raising Special Kids as a parent leader, talking to parents of other children with similar diagnoses and presenting her story to medical students and staff.

Amellaly (Ally) Martinez knows firsthand the value of connecting with other parents whose children have similar diagnoses. Her two youngest sons received autism diagnoses and she suspects autism in her older son. Ally said she felt lost and alone.
