House Bill 2945 would significantly reduce the support families receive through the Parents as Paid Caregivers Program,<\/strong> cutting allowed care from 40 to just 20 hours per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bill also creates more barriers by requiring legislative approval before Arizona can request or adjust important Medicaid waivers<\/strong>\u2014delays that could hurt families who are already doing their best to navigate complex systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
